The location is very good. A block from the shoreline, a lot of restaurants to choose from; a block from a small supermarket. The cable car station is also 5 min walk; town square is 15 min walk. It could not be in the best location for the price.
The inside of the apartment is exceptionally clean, highly organized, we have everything we need. If I go back to Como, I will not even bother to look for other facilities.
The following is not a complain. But a note for future guests to the facility. The building itself is "not modern". The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. You do have to climb a old stair. The apartment entrance door is a 4 foot double door. You will have to open the right side first, then open the second side from the inside. And the stair lighting is on a timer. It would go dark in about 2 minutes. So, physically, it is somewhat challenging if you, like us, have a couple pieces of large luggage. It is not all bags. The ground floor garage like area is closed and locked area. You can take your time to move things up.
Final note, the "garage" locked door requires little wiggling the key to open.
