I’ve stayed at the Hotel andRooms in Shin-Osaka many times. I like the minimalist style. The properties are always clean and the design of the room is functional and useful. Staff are helpful and friendly. The Kyoto hotel is very conveniently located around the block from Kyoto Station. My only gripe is that my room was on level 2 facing the street. It is very noisy with pedestrians and street traffic. Otherwise I can’t complain about anything else.

Only comment is the restaurant inside the hotel has minimum order per person and that staff was not very friendly. But the hotel staff and other options well makes up for it.
