The staff here were quite helpful in every way. I was able to store a bag in their storage room while away on a 3 week trip to Antarctica- so above and beyond what I thought would be possible staying here. The views are great from the rooms and it is a quiet location. Front desk staff spoke English which was also such a big help for me. The restaurant food was great and breakfast was included in the reasonable price of the room. Location was a bit of a walk from the main city area but as I mentioned that was a huge plus considering how quiet the rooms were because of it. Don’t think twice about staying here, you will not be disappointed. Did I mention the views from the adjoining restaurant were amazing?

The best view
The view is second to none. From the window of the lobby we watched the cruise ship that we got off in the morning disembarked the port of Ushuaia to Antarctica again in the afternoon. We entertained friends for dinner in the restaurant. Our room is clean and spacious. I will definitely refer friends. Thanks for making our stay so memorable.

The property was okay. The room smelled bad, the carpets smelled moldy and damp. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I slept in over 3 weeks of travel in Argentina. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again personally. It felt like someone bought an older property and put a very small amount of effort into a cheap renovation. Staff were friendly.

Due to the general strike we had to change our plans. The hotel didnt even reply to my email. We didnt end up staying there (therefore no rating on the other categories) but they happily took our money and then didn't even have the courtesy to email us.

We stayed at the property 2 nights. We were in room 201. It was a very small room, but I don't know what other rooms in the hotel were like. The headboard/side table structure would fall off the wall on the right side of the bed. There is no elevator in the hotel. We asked for a restaurant recommendation at the front desk and were given one that we really enjoyed, El Mercado. I separately asked if they could call me a cab that took credit cards, and was told that they couldn't The included breakfast was nice, a large selection of pastries We did not mention the headboard/table issue during our stay, our stuff was everywhere in the room and for the 2 nights we didn't want to have to deal with it. This stay was just average for us
