Gone downhill
This used to be 131 on Herbert Baker - a great hotel. Sadly, it gas gone completely downhill and is a shadow of its former self. The old hotel was 5 star. The new hotel is not even 1 star. Avoid.

Lots of potential but poor delivery
Too many unresolved issues during stay: -Extraction fan in bathroom was not working & concern wasn’t addressed when an enquiry was made. -King sized bed was uncomfortable due to it actually being 2 single mattresses being put together. -lack of courtesy to inform guests that there would be a loud Birthday party during Valentines weekend. -pool had not been cleaned. -No basic self care were made available (shampoo; body wash etc)
