Everything about the hotel was exceptional- perfect location for everything in Old Quebec, friendly & attentive staff, nice lounge area for warming up by the fireplace with a hot drink, and restaurants & shopping right outside the door. Very much enjoyed the hotel. It was central in old Quebec, the staff was very helpful. We had a room with a fireplace which added warmth and ambiance. The hotel also has a nice library room with a fire, games, expressi machine. A nice place to relax before heading out into the city. Restaurant in the hotel is good - farm to table. Overall very enjoyable and would stay again

Our stay was enjoyable and we couldn't be happier. The hotel staff is amazing and very friendly. A special shoutout to Pierrot who welcomed us warmly Christmas night when we checked in. Breakfast was delivered to our room and served in a picnic basket. Delicious! The hotel is perfectly located in Old Town close to many of the sites and restaurant choices QC offers. We will return.
