When we got there for check in, we shpuld have taken it as a sign and turned around. The system was down, which I understand, but the guy behind the desk was SO rude to the people he was checking in. He had an attitude with everyone because the system was down. He took our names and basically threw our key cards at us. The hot tub and pool were both disgusting. Our room smelled terrible, but we didnt want to deal with the rude employee so we just kind of dealt with it. We ended up checking out early and the girl that checked us out was very nice, and told us that since it was before noon, we should get a full refund for the extra day we had on there. After 10 days of no refund, I called the hotel to find out what was going on and a different guy than before at check in answered the phone. He started out the phone call not with the typical thank you for calling, but with "Hi, can you call back in like 5 minutes,? I'm busy." This threw me off so I said "Excuse me?" He then ststed "I dont have time for this bulls***." And hung up the phone. I called back about 20 minutes later and the same person answered. I explained to him my problem and he hung up on me. I called back, and again the same guy answered, I explained again what happened, and he responded with, "yeah, I got that the first time you called. I obviously can't help you." I asked if there was a manager I could speak to, and he responded with no, and hung up the phone. I've had multiple calls in with no return call.
