Mattress was horrible, bathroom door didn’t latch closed, no bathroom exhaust fan, remote didn’t match tv and worse of all toilet can’t even flush the single ply paper…didn’t want to try “anything” else!

Issue was with the room First the smoke alarm would not stop beeping when called down there advice was to remove the battery, after standing on a wobbly chair and removing the battery it continued to beep called again they said they would send maintenance in the morning. Second the shower tub had another persons hair of various lengths in it and the vents were covered in dust and cobwebs
