Friendly team, good breakfast and great location. The hotel is older and room’s a/c system did not work, hence we had a damp odor in the room the entire time…this would have been manageable but the windows were old and sealed permanently.

Pros: I had a really hard time finding a hotel in Biarritz that would take our tandem bike for the night - this hotel said it was no problem, so thank you to them. Staff were helpful and very nice. Cons: The hotel is super run down - really dirty carpet in the hallways, holes in the walls, cracks everywhere. Looks like it was designed in the 80s and no one touched it since. And our room wasn’t all that clean (hair in the tub, moldy grout and floor in the bathroom). Not exactly ideal.
