Fantastic Hotel!
I traveled to Florence on a solo trip and this hotel was a great place to stay! The location was fantastic; very close to the Santa Maria Novella train station, the Uffizi, Academia Galleria, Duomo, etc! The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. Best of all, the front desk staff, Nicola and Giovanni, were very kind, friendly, and helpful with recommendations/any questions I had. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Florence! Highly recommend!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Location and staff were excellent. The AC wasn’t very good in our room. Also, there is no AC in the area outside your room, when waiting for the elevator. The lobby has good AC. But we were able to get a fan from the front desk. We had breakfast a few times and it was overall okay. Bedding was comfortable. I would stay there again, but not during warm weather.

An oasis in a very busy (during the summer) part of the city! We loved our stay here! So many things that make this location great: the location to the duomo and train terminal, the amazing and friendly staff, a very good breakfast, and the fun rooms with great air conditioning.
