Even do we knew about the huracan that lately stroke Acapulco...this property was really really in very bad condition...the outside it wasn't too bad but the rooms...they werenot very pleasant.

Overall I liked it. Close to the better beach attractions, but old fashioned in service. Needs to upgrade to more modern service, kitchen supplies (coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.) TVs, and better pools maintenance,. Very good in price. Staff very friendly. In a scale 1 to 10, I give them a 7.

Horrible costumer service from the moment we got to the parking lot . Only reason we did not leave because kids we had in our group were extremely tired . The hotel is old / dirty / front desk are rude . Will never stay at this hotel again . I usually don’t leave reviews but this time I had to .

Esta bien
La estancia estuvo agradable. La playa que tiene hasta abajo esta muy bonita. Las instalaciones son antiguas pero esta limpio. El tobogan funciona bien. El aire acondicionado enfria perfecto. Lo unico es que es cansado tanta escalera ya que tiene muchos niveles.

El estacionamiento no está garantizado y una noche debí dejar mi auto fuera en medio de una tempestad. Tuve que cruzar todo el hotel a pie para llegar empapado a mi habitación que tenía un edor a humedad terrible, sillas de plástico sucias (con un cacahuate que se mantuvo toda mi estancia ahí), sin colchas, regadera oxidada, asiento del baño quemado con cigarro, AC no regulable, TV pequeña y con mala señal, internet mala o nula y no incluyen desayunos. Además, el guardia del estacionamiento muy grosero. Este hotel no es de 4 estrellas.
