Stayed here just to play Quivira. Our 3rd floor room was like a 2 star motel. The all tile floor was wet and the room smelled so bad we had to turn on all ceiling fans, A/C and open the patio and front door until we went to sleep. The furniture showed 30+ years of wear and tear. The overall hotel appears 40 years old with sloppy paint and caulking repairs. Don't expect a top quality meal here. Brunch buffet was okay although the sushi is not prepared with sushi grade fish. The "International themed" dinner buffet was absolutely horrible. The Sunset Beach location had better dinner options, but even those were not great. Sushi is not good there either but it is included.

This was my first time to Cabo and even my first time to an all inclusive resort! Our family had the most amazing and memorable experience! I have absolutely no complaints. We were treated superb!!! The food was incredible!!! Access to excursions were right there on the beach, The pool was warm and there wasn’t a crazy amount of kids in the pools. I like that it was not a party atmosphere. It seemed very much family oriented. I love how our very last night there was topped off with some fun karaoke in the outside dining area. They even have beach volleyball during the day in the pool. I am 53, but I felt 23 while I was there. I felt like a kid again where I could just relax and enjoy and be catered to. The most affordable price point for us, it was outstanding for the price!!!

We found the resort to be overpriced, particularly given the outdated facilities. Our room was not properly cleaned, which was disappointing. Dining options were limited, and we were dissatisfied with the overall quality of the food. Additionally, the customer service was horrible, which was frustrating. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel, as it does not provide good value for the price.
