The hotel is in a great location. It is about 20 minutes from the airport and the same it is 20 minutes from downtown. Public transportation is at the corner and it can be use towards the hotel or to the airport. There is a mall 8 minutes walking. The room is exceptionally clean and staff is very friendly. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel because it can be pricey.

We stayed five nights in this hotel and enjoyed our stay very much. Family room was a good size, beds were comfortable and daily housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast was the highlight of the day for us and highly recommended for those who appreciate a good meal before starting the day. Certainly we recommend this place which has very convenient location and a shopping center just cross the street. The center has everything from grocery store to food court, restaurants and many other stores.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Dom Pedro Lisboa. The hotel was beautiful, with comfortable accommodations, a great location, and excellent staff. The breakfast was especially good, and we really enjoyed the amenities and overall atmosphere. Our only minor complaints were that the shower was a little awkward to use, and we wished the steam room and sauna were a bit larger. They felt somewhat crowded for the number of guests using them when we visited. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend the Dom Pedro Lisboa. The friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and convenient location made it a wonderful place to stay in Lisbon.

I have had the privilege of travelling to eight European countries, parts of Britain, and many islands in the Caribbean and found this property to be one of my two favorite hotels. It was immaculate and well maintained and every staff person we came in contact with was helpful and friendly (despite our very, very limited Portuguese). In a city where good food can be found nearly everywhere, we very much enjoyed the meals that we took at the hotel. If ever we visit Lisbon again, we will definitely stay at the Dom Pedro Lisboa.

Lovely hotel with very nice, helpful staff. Made my wedding anniversary perfect with a lovely surprise of a sweet treat, a lovely thought. Room was lovely and view was absolutely gorgeous from 18th floor, best feeling waking to a beautiful Lisbon sunrise! For location, although not central as such I feel it was perfect walking distance so enough to walk places an still have a calm and quiet place to stay. Shopping centre few minutes walk so its ideal if want to browse or grab a bite. Only slight let down was the pool which was freezing, couldn't even get in. And sauna/steam wasn't working so that was a let down. Apart from that perfect place to stay.

The hotel is very nice, clean, and conveniently located. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. On my first day, the staff kindly offered to deliver ice to my room, which was a thoughtful gesture and contributed to an excellent first impression. However, on the second day, when I requested ice again, I was informed that there would be a charge for the service. After discussing the inconsistency with the front desk agent, the manager stepped in and agreed to provide the ice free of charge. Even then, I had to return to the front desk three additional times before it was finally delivered. It was disappointing to see what began as a five-star experience overshadowed by an issue involving something as simple as a bucket of ice. While the property itself is excellent, the inconsistency in service and the handling of this situation fell short of the standard I would expect from a hotel of this caliber.
