The hotel staff was very friendly. They went above and beyond to make the family comfortable. We had requested a connected room and were told we were going to get a connected room, but I think there was a misunderstanding, and the front desk was very friendly about not being able to Give this to us and delivered champagne which we were not gonna use but also give us $100 credit and food and beverage. Our rooms were right next to each other, though. Aside from that the hotel stay was wonderful.

A UNIQUE HOTEL WITH THE EUROPEAN FLAVOR BUT KEPT UP TO DATE. THE ROOMS HAVE GREAT DECOR AND THE BATHROOMS ARE MODERN AND FIRST CLASS. WE ENJOYED OUR STAY. GREAT LOCATION.

Great location and friendly staff. I also very much appreciate the evening cookies at turn down service. The beds are not very comfortable for this nice of hotel. I would encourage new beds and bedding
