We ordered room service one night and was never received. I had to switch rooms in the middle of my stay. I booked an ocean view stay and when switched my view was nothing of that. At some point we received attitude when requesting drinks at the pool bar from the staff. I had another time when staff was rude at the buffet. That’s only a scratch of the surface on the complaints and experience we had at this hotel. When I made these complaints to the staff TWICE I felt as if both times I was disregarded as if it was no big deal. Will not be going back for sure.

The property was nice. We would have enjoyed having more daytime dining options and late options after coming back from excursions. The Buffett doors locked before closing and room service wasn’t 24/7, making it hard to enjoy excursions and the amenities that were included. Service was ok but slow. They kept trying to sell us time share. We enjoyed the ability to go to the other properties for dinner and activities.

Resort was clean and nice. Rooms were great for a family. Damian at char hut was so nice, Brenda kept our room so clean and Paulino was great at sidelines. Food was good and something for everyone. It does get repetitive having over a room key when you are all inclusive and have to wait for return. Not much night life or activities even during the day
