Not on the ocean! DOn't believe the hotel's name!
We had reserved in Casablanca on the ocean and then were informed that we were not in that hotel but in an annex inland with no beach front , no sea view, no gym, no restaurant or dining area of any kind. The TV did not work and there was hardly any light in the room. A maintenance guy came right away with one more lamps and got the TV working, so that was nice. There was a stiff per night amenities fee, but NO AMENITIES! When we asked if we could leave our bags for 30 minutes at the desk while we went to a relative to get her car to move our things to her place we were told that we would be charged for said favor. In short: I would not recommend this place.

The property had limited parking, no gym, no laundry room, ur patio door was out of alignment. I booked the east tower and was moved to the west tower before my arrival. All the amenities were in the east tower across the street.

I’ll start by saying that i stayed during a time where there was construction being done on the hotel. So I was treated to a noisier than expected time. The 2 functional elevators inspection certificates we several months expired. And I would recommend avoiding the continental breakfast completely. The food was basic but the hotel completely fails to operate it; guests had to compete for both cutlery and food.
If my family spoke spanish we would have had an easier time in this hotel and that’s worth note. If you speak spanish or are bilingual then you are going to have a better time than I did. Checking in is a real challenge when theres a language barrier, even worse when the front desk staff doesn’t try and just redirects you to the other staff who is currently busy.
Great valet service.

This hotel is awesome but the parking system is the wurst I’ve ever seen, I was inside the car in the middle of the street for two hours to park my car in the valley. The same to pick up the car to leave, 2 hour wait. Not worth it.

Booked a townhome for 2 nights. The hotel had overbooked the townhome and assigned it another guest. They refused to claim responsibility for the overbooking. The check-in process was terrible. We arrived at 10:00 PM and the check-in process took over 3 hours. The front desk kept offering us an alternative to a townhome and later denied the availability of the options. In the end, they offered us two separate rooms, one of which was facing the city view. I contacted Expedia customer service to request for reimbusement. On calling the hotel they lied about providing the best rooms they had to offer and that we had arrived at 4:00 AM in the morning. Liars dont go far. If you face a similar experience lodge a complaint agains this property so they stop taking advantage of their customers.

Was waiting for an elevator for 15 min. Property has two elevators and one of them goes first to the floor 10 and then goes down. Pool was cold at night time and early morning. Only on the Mother’s Day it was nice and warm so I stayed until 11pm. Ocean had a lots of seaweed. Restaurant was nice. Ordered a fried calamari and veg pizza. Location is not bad and if you want to get to the South Beach just need to take a free trolley.

The ocean view was perfect the hotel itself was pretty being as close as you are to the beach, a little dated but it serves the purpose of being on the beach,I hated my bed we cloud feel the springs on our back complained but they were going to move us to a smaller room. If your reading this room 902 needs a new bed. We rented again for Labor Day weekend let’s see how it goes.

Hotel of horrors
It was horrible from the time we walked in to check in. The girl at the check in pulled our reservation up showing we owed almost $300 more than what was reserved on hotels.com. The girl literally argued with me about what she couldn’t do and wouldn’t do. When I asked for management the girl replied there wasn’t a manager there after arguing with her almost in tears, she called a manager. The manager Diego was very helpful, after sending two emails proving what the price was that we reserved he honored the price. After that it was downhill from there. The elevators never worked. I got stuck on them three times and had to walk up the stairs. The fire alarms constantly went off, when we would call to report it it would take someone almost two hours to respond to us. The people staying on either side constantly had kids crying adults yelling, WE COULD HEAR EVERYTHING!! Again reported it no one responded. When we were checking out and reported all of the issues that we’ve had from the time we walked in again no manager is available but we were provided with an email. The only reason we stayed is because we had to pre pay. Never again will we stay at this place.

Great location on the beach. Free beach chairs for hotel guests, but paid $12 for beach umbrella. Stingy on beach towels. Not easy to get because you have to get in check in line at registration desk with minimal over tasked staff.
Old fashioned real key door locks that has a $100 refundable deposit.

You can definitely tell that some things were out dated and the elevators were kinda sketchy, but overall this was a great hotel to stay at. They always recognized us for breakfast, and everyone was very helpful and generous. Hospitality was great!! Would definitely stay here again!
