The staff was great. The accommodations were very good. Unfortunately, some of the other residents were loud in the hallway. My room faced the street and early morning presented with loud vehicles driving down the road. My advice, get a room with even numbers to avoid the car noise in the morning.

What a Gem of a Find!
We had such a nice stay. This motel is in a really good location for the mountain. I used the nice modern laundry and the hot tub. I also saw a family thoroughly enjoying the indoor heated pool. The shower in our room had fabulously hot water! Our puppy was welcomed. The staff was the best. That Marketplace is such a wonderful idea too. The bed was very comfortable. We came for a staycation as we live in a rural area so the amenities were really appreciated. We will definitely be back again. This is now our go to place when we come to town!

Great stay in Pinetop!
We stayed at this hotel 7 years ago when it was Super 8. This was a last minute trip, so we tried it out despite the new ownership/name change. We were pleasantly surprised. It has been renovated, and our bedroom was super comfortable with everything we needed (except a hairdryer, but I didn’t ask the front desk who probably had one for use). It was clean, quiet, and better than we remembered. We will be back!
