Fomos realocados noutro hotel (Nacional Inn Belo Horizonte). A cozinha oferecia serviço precário para outras refeições; recebemos informações desencontradas sobre preços de diárias de estacionamento (e nos cobraram os preços mais altos); um dos manobristas se mostrou indisposto a buscar o carro num dia de grande movimento no entorno; e não gostamos da recomendação de deixar as toalhas no chão para que fossem trocadas na limpeza.

Liked the roof top resturant, view and general cleanliness. Also liked the breakfast menu and general hospitality team Did not like the bath tubs- they are old and stained. Should change to shower cubicles as they are more hygenic and easier to keep clean. The linen and towels were a bit faded though.

Poderia ser melhor porque estava cpl minha esposa requisitei uma.cama de casal e eles me colocaram num quarto com duas camas de solteiro,outro ponto negativo aconteceu durante o check in houve um atraso considerado pois a reserva nao constava no sistema.

Decidimos nos hospedar no Othon Palace pela triste notícia de que encerrarão as atividades. É um pena que com 40 anos de história o hotel sucumbirá com o luxo suficiente para receber presidentes e autoridades. Apesar de datado, a hospedagem foi muito confortável, com camas, chuveiro, tv, climatização e atendimento pessoal muito satisfatórios, além da vista maravilhosa para o Parque Municipal. Uma pena o encerramento!

O hotel tem uma excelente localização . Perfeita! O hotel em si é legal. Café da manhã excelente. Porém os quartos (pelo menos oq fiquei) é bem retro. Tudo muuuuito antigo. O cofre não funcionava. A cama de casal eram dois colchões de solteiro juntos. O banheiro bem anos 80. Me senti no passado. A limpeza não tenho o que falar. Tudo bem limpinho . Funcionários super educados. Mesmo me sentindo nos anos 80, voltaria com certeza

Hotel está mal cuidado. A piscina tem um aviso no quarto que fecha as 23:00, mas na verdade Fecha as 19 horas, quarto velho com tapete manchado. Sofás do quarto rasgado. De verdade , não recomendo !

Janelas pareciam que iam cair
Hotel necessita de uma reforma urgente. Carpete fede, colchao ruim, televisao pequena, janela que não abafa o som externo, wifi lentíssimo, e o mais incrível foi que algumas janelas estavam sem borrachas de proteção, gerando uma sensação de extrema insegurança. Na última noite que estive no Othon, estava no penúltimo andar, 24o andar, e ventava um pouco (não estava muito forte o vento pois as arvores embaixo balançavam quase nada), e como algumas janelas estavam sem borracha, os vidros batiam e parecia que eles iam cair, fora o som enlouquecedor que o vento fraco fazia, parecendo o som de um tufão. Impossível dormir nessa noite, além de ser extremamente perigoso. Péssimo hotel. Cuidado!

Apesar do hotel estar encerrando suas atividades no próximo dia 18/11, o atendimento é muito bom, o restaurante é ótimo! O único defeito é que foi inaugurado em 1978 e nunca houve uma reforma significativa!
