Our room was a good size room but the ac and phone didn’t work. The ac quit working at 1 and we had to move rooms. The next morning house keeping came in our room and didn’t knock. The staff was absolutely amazing. It wasn't a lot of them, but they made sure that my family and I had the best experience. The food and drinks were great. But I can't quit raving about that staff. From the time we walked in the door, they were on point. Now, the building definitely needs some upgrades, but I have been in newer hotels with horrible staff. I would choose this one with that team any day.
