In general the stay was OK and with excellent location. All the staff and personnel were kind Unfortunately the maid service was overwhelmed cleaning and setting up the rooms for new tourist and they forgot to clean and make our bedroom twice. We suggest to improve little bit your cuisine.

As expected at AI’s but with paying for the Premium Level I would have hoped it was better than average. Although there are 3 great dinner options within a couple blocks. The landscape and beach was amazing. The buffet food was limited options and very small. Also didn’t like that the kids are split up in the pool because of the swim up bar. The accommodations of at restaurants was not good if you had big parties as they want to split you up all the time. The japanesse restaurant has 4 tables. The Italian restaurant was very good, and the Mexican was good.
