This hotel was a little disappointing when I arrived, it had an excellent review on line but fell short in person. The hallway was dirty and often littered with trash and the bathroom had seen a lot of wear and tear. The fitness center also was very dirty. Thr staff were all very friendly.

This hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly upon arrival and when checking out. The rooms are spacious and clean. Everything you need is right here yet the hotel is tucked away from traffic. This will be my GO TO hotel when visiting THE QUEEN CITY.

Great location, well located, and great rooms!
We had a great 7 day stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed them. The room was spacious and clean. It was really helpful to have a mini fridge in the room to keep our drinks cool too. The location is well-positioned to access the freeway to get around town. The shopping mall across the street is probably busier on the weekends, but was very quiet when were there on a weekday. The walking path along the creek across the street is great for a walk/run/cycle. It's a quiet and safe area for being so close to a freeway.

We were greeted as soon as we entered & check-in was super easy. The front desk attendant Sam was amazing & super helpful! The room was clean & we had asked for certain things and it was there! They also had the pull out couch ready for my granddaughters. The breakfast was very good & all was kept stocked and very sanitary. We loved our stay
