Of the four hotels we stayed during our holiday in France, this one was the absolute best! I highly recommend this LGBTQ friendly property. It is so much fun and the rooftop bar is a must! The rooms are super spacious (I know… this is a hotel in Bordeaux!) and the bed so comfortable. The mirrors and bed all light up to making it extra cool!

This is a great hotel in the center of Bordeaux which is very close to most of the main attractions in the city. It has a modern vibe and the bars are hopping in the evenings. The breakfast was really good. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The rooms are a bit small and there’s no coffee in the rooms but it’s France and the coffee is easy to get downstairs

We had an amazing stay at mama shelter in bordeaux. The bar and restaurant are great. The vibe is amazing. The only issue we had was that our shower lost pressure so we couldn’t wash before we left. I expected the staff to offer some form of discount considering the inconvenience but they did not. Given that being able to wash is a pretty fundamental aspect of staying in a hotel I do think they staff could have made more of an effort to compensate us.
