Staff was very nice. The only issue I had was with the safe. It's down on the bottom of the closet and I had to get down on the floor to use it - not easy at 76 yo. Then it would not lock. I think the battery was dead. I reported it but was never repaired. Also the housecleaning service, although very nice people, did not come to my room when I was out all day until I came back ready to relax. I know they have to prepare rooms for turn around but it seems like it could have been done earlier.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in the entire USA. Such a friendly and super CLEAN staff. The rep at front desk Alex was super friendly and polite. He made us feel as we came over to stay with family. His genuine kindness made the experience that much more memorable. The room service entire crew were kind and always friendly. The morning breakfast is outstanding. They make sure it’s always stocked up and it actually changes everyday. Beyond what you can imagine. And quality of food is better then diners.
