Convenient hotel in Izcalli
Happy with this hotel. They kept it very clean. Breakfast was good, plenty of free parking in the garage. Good WiFi. Helpful staff. Pleasantly surprised. Very convenient location to major stores and restaurants.

They offer us a free shuttle to a close museum; the driver was friendly and the girls on the front desk they were really helpful with their service, sadly i can’t remember a name ( I don’t think they had a name tag, but definitely the staff was the best of our stay) the property has many issues due the parking, several business not exactly appropriate for an hospitality business, and shady people around the property limited our interaction with the surrounding areas. I been staying since 2021 and until 2023 I can say was a hidden jewel close to the city, sadly, now it feel really cheap and not that comfortable like it used to be. If I had to go back, could be due the friendly staff and the closeness to the area where I will be working.
