The hotel did not meet expectations for the price. The airport shuttle service, shared with the Sheraton, was excellent, arriving on time and frequently. However, check-in was slow; although there were only three people in line, no staff was at the reception desk, and we waited five minutes before someone arrived to assist. The room was small, outdated, and had low ceilings—which I don’t typically mind—but the lack of cleanliness was disappointing. Dust covered the headboard, stains were visible on the head lamp, and dust had gathered on the vents. Despite booking for four people, the room was only stocked with two towels and two facecloths. This double room with two double beds could be much improved with a bit more care and attention, especially given the hotel’s higher rates compared to others in the area.
