I was given a very small room (single room converted into a twin bedroom) this was terrible as the room had no heating and was right next to a night club so very very moisit during the night up until 3.00 am! The room was changed and we were given a triple bedroom which was very nice. Breakfast is delicious - Turkish breakfast and the quality of the food is really good. The location of the hotel is the best.

Sadly they pulled a fast one and gave us a room without a window. The listing didn't mention it, but it didn't say it had a window either. Also the bed sheets were dirty. Location is good though. This hotel gave a bad first impression of Istanbul.

This was a very nice hotel with such an amazing staff. The location was perfect,… near all the cafes and restaurants in Karakoy, but situated away enough that it was peaceful and quiet at night. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

The staff is fantastic, very friendly and kind. The rooms are clean although they don't have a lot of space. The AC works but if you are on the other bed far away from it, it won't be as effective if you like your room to be chilled. The main issue is noise from the dance club right across the street. During the weekend they play loud music that even the earplugs won't work. No complaints for the hotel but that noise did not let us sleep for two days.

Good location, nice stay
The hotel is conveniently located next to public transportation T1 line and the port as well as lots of restaurants are in walking distance. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean, Internet speed is good. The breakfast is ok, not too wide range, but sufficient to get a good start into the day. For guests who are a bit sensitive to noise, the rooms on the street side are not recommended, as across the street there is a club and it's easy to hear the beat and music. The price is a bit high but perhaps ok due to the location.

The Hotel was absolutely stunning with the most friendly staff. We were in Turkey for 3 weeks and stayed in few different hotels and by far this was our favorite stay! We booked an economy level room. We arrived to find that the room smells bad. We then asked the receptionist to bring us some good smelling refreshing. The room lacked any windows. The bathroom walls arent clean, has some of fungus. We came to the bed to find stains on the bedsheet. The hotel manager was nice enough, to move us to a new building, for the same hotel. The new building is one month old. The new was very clean at first, and we recieved then excellent service.
