Where do I begin
.....We repeatedly during our 3 night stay had to get new key cards made, their machine didn't work properly. So multiple times we were left standing & waiting outside our doors while someone went down from the 3rd floor to get me cards, that typically also didn't work. The elevator button was broken. There was a police chase with a stand off, officer involved shooting right down the road. Our room had roaches crawling on the wall. We were told the pool would be open, only to find out it was closed the first two days we were there. Due to non- cleaning. When it finally opened, it was so hot & steamy, you could barely see your hand in front of your face. Our 6 year old daughter was getting into the pool & misjudged where the edge was & hit her head. She had to be rushed to the emergency room where we sat for over 6 hours for a laceration & head injury. Our room was never provided sufficient toilet paper or towels & each day, I had to go to the lobby downstairs to get more. The breakfast buffet was serving "sausage" but all they were was unseasoned hamburger patties. There wasn't sufficient parking as every spot was taken. We had to park in a dark area, close by that didn't feel safe. My husband parked, so I wasn't left alone.
