Great location, but no climate control or fan for hotter days/nights. The room had the bare minimum and not much thought otherwise regarding comfort.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff there was so helpful and accommodating. The room were spacious and clean. When you checked in you could set up room cleanings for your entire stay which was nice so you weren't being bothered every single day. The location of this particular hotel was right downtown and within walking distance of about everything. The breakfast buffet was so delicious every morning. Such a wide variety of things to eat. We will definitely be staying there again when we travel back to Sweden

Min mand og jeg havde en enkelt overnatning i superior værelse. Rummeligt, rent, god seng og alt i alt fint. Dog lidt slidt hist og pist. Hotellet ligger centralt, har venligt personale samt lækker og stor morgenmadsbuffet. Parkering i kælderen fungerende helt fint.

Utbildning
Var på utbildning på hotellet och stannade över natten. God mat, frukost- och fikautbudet var helt outstanding. Sköna sängar och bra storlek på rummet. Fräscht badrum och trevlig personal. Perfekt läge centralt i Malmö, ca 10 min gångväg från centralstationen. Enda negativa var incheckningstiden som var först kl.16,00. Försökte checka in under dagen två ggr, och fast de hade rum klara skulle man behöva betala 200:- om man ville få tidigt tillträde till rummet. Detta har jag aldrig varit med om förut och jag har rest mycket. Resultatet blev lång kö kl.16,00 med bara en person i receptionen. Detta kunde ha lösts mycket smidigare.

Slitna rum, trevlig personal
Trevlig personal i receptionen, och vi kunde checka in redan kl 12 när vi anlände. Incheckningstiden var satt till 16. Rummet blev en besvikelse. Det var slitet och omodernt, trägolvet fullt av repor och svarta märken. Sängarna var relativt sköna men vingliga, benen var lösa. Badrummet ok. Frukosten var okej med det man kan förvänta sig. Så tyvärr; hit åker vi inte fler gånger.
