It was good to arranged for a late check in as my train arrives after 10pm. I stayed for 4 nights and the stay got worse as the week progressed. A few points.
The spa section is run by a separate company, all with extra costs, with a small swimming pool not really suitable for swimming.
The massage was a booked for an hour, upon arrival, was told it would only be for 30 minutes with no explanations.
The massage made my muscles even more sore and I then had to see a physio to fix the problem caused by the masseuse.
The chamber maid did not keep the room tidy. Beds were not made.
Tea tray uncleaned.
Tea mugs were washed in the room without detergent, instead of being replaced with clean ones.
No coffee in the room.
The refurbished design of the room is illogical. Although they have seat to help support old people and ppl using wheelchair, it isn't actually functionable, for a person who needs assistance to use the toilet and shower.
The breakfast was ok with a wide selection of continental breakfast options.
The view to the park is lovely, and I recommend requesting to be on that side. The rooms can be seen from the central high tower, so be easy of privacy.
Given the many flaws i do not recommended this place unless you plan to go there for the view of the park. If its closely located to the flora tram stop, lots of car parking, a reasonable breakfast and rooms have new tv screens that are connected to the Internet for channels like Netflix, YouTube, Prime.. Lots to improve in
