Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf. Aardig personeel, zeer nette en schone kamer, heerlijk bed. Ook het wellnes gedeelte was fijn en schoon. Er was een foutje gemaakt rijdens het afrekenen. Hier kwam ik thuis achter. Contact opgenomen. Binnen 24uur had ik het, te veel betaalde, bedrag terug. Heel netjes.

Was een prima verblijf. De bubbelbaden zouden moeten verschillen maar er was geen verschil merkbaar (lavendel/dennen etc) niet geroken, jammer. Faciliteiten werken verder prima maar het ziet er toch wat gedateerd uit, de plastisch palmbomen in het zwemgedeelte draagt daar niet aan bij. Personeel is vriendelijk en snel, horeca prima. Weinig beschikbare bedjes/stoelen.

De kerstsfeer bij aankomst is prachtig. Kamer is ruim, met balkon. Lekker bed. Badjassen comfortabel. De baden waren heerlijk. Relaxte sfeer. Best druk. Systeem met bandjes erg handig. Het diner en ontbijt erg goed. Minpunt geen koffieapparaat en waterkoker op de kamer.

Service sollte schneller sein
Eigentlich waren wir dort neun oder zehn male schon, wir mögen die Sauna Landschaft, gutes Bett, schöne Zimmer (man sieht,dass sie erneuern haben z.B. Haartrockner endlich moderner 👍) leckerer Frühstück. ABER der Service ist übertrieben langsam, und das immer. Wir kommen schon so viele Jahre und immer dasselbe, im Cafe UND im Restaurant des Saunalandschafts, und diesmal haben wir uns getraut und haben reserviert im Restaurant oben. Das Essen war sehr gut aber der Service wie unten an der Sauna soo langsam.

Verder alles prima maar toch nog even twee puntjes. 1. Er stond nog een vies glas in de douche. 2. We kregen netjes een pasje toen we aankwamen bij de receptie. Maar er was ons niet verteld dat we die in de paslezer moesten doen om om licht en stroom op onze kamer te krijgen. Dit werd wel netjes uitgelegd toen we met dit probleem naar de receptie gingen!

Zwembad en kamers (m.n. badkamer) zijn wat gedateerd wb onderhoud. Her en der al best wat schimmel in de kitranden e.d. gezien. Verder heerlijk ontbijt en heerlijk genoten van de faciliteiten.
