Hotel was very clean and tidy, room was very well equipped. My only issue was the hotel is split over two buildings, so after checking i had to go back out into the rain and walk about 100 meters to my room.

It was a nice little hotel with the stuff you need in there and it was clean in the room. It was in a quiet area and easy to get to train station and shops. I didn’t try breakfast or anything from the menu card it seems like a bit expensive. I will go there again anytime

Perfect short stay hotel
This is a great place to stay for a short trip in London. The room was clean and warm and quiet and the perfect place to relax after a busy day in London. It is well placed, and has excellent local amenities. Check in was easy and everyone was kind and helpful. Other than a mildly squeaky bed and the bathroom extractor fan not working I would have changed nothing else. Would highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay! It’s in a great location and they were responsive when messaging prior to our check in. However, there is not 24/7 staff or reception which was only an issue when the fire alarm went off in the building from what we believed was likely another guest smoking inside their suite. Other than that everything was great, check in was secure and easy and it’s in a great location!

Location was great, close to shops and attractions and transport. But the room is only adequate for sleeping, and even then it can be a struggle. The bed squeaks, the room is tiny, movement highly restricted particularly when showering, the sinks so small water splashes everywhere........Not soundproof at all, can hear people talking loudly and snoring at night.

It was a disappointing stay in general. While the location is excellent and suited my needs, there were several issues including my first room that had water leaking from the roof, no TV channels, small shower, disinterested service staff, a lack of value for money and more.

The Vonder in Kennsington was a perfect spot for my visit. Near Earl's Court Tube Station and near enough to The Royal Albert Hall where I had purchased tickets for a concert. Tiny room but that is the norm for this type of hotel in this location of town. They accommodated my request for a quiet room location. And I saw a wild fox outside my window one morning.
