BED BUGS, HORRIBLE STAFF, NEGLECT AND SCAMS!
The hotel front desk staff was Very Rude (morning). Pool had dangerously high levels of chlorine and chlorine gas that our whole family has suffered bodily injuries from. We found Drug paraphernalia in our family suite. Hair and BED BUGS. Water came out of the pipe before the showerhead. Trim is falling down and everything on the bunk beds were dusty. I asked the front desk to have the maintenance personnel to show me the chlorine levels because they were clearly unsafe! Our family and a few other families that we know of suffered bodily injuries such as sore burning throat, red irritated eyes, coughing, shortness of breath and mild chemical burns. The staff refused to show me the chlorine levels Even though they have illegal obligation to do so. Then they called the police to kick me and my family, including 3 children off the premises! We were the victims of hotel Negligence. POOR in-house management. The police said it wasn't the first time that the hotel has done that to guests. We has 3 small children!!! I forgot to mention they tried to give us a refund on a giftcard that didn't belong to us... SCAMMERS!!!

Perfect location for early flights out of TVC
I loved the location for flying out early from TVC. The communication from the hotel with texts was great. Unfortunately we got there late so couldn't enjoy the beach view but nice location. Service in the restaurant was excellent, food was good. My only issue was the noise from the heater.

Very clean smells clean too ! Right on beach had lower walk out room great view. Rooms were nice with good size mini fridge There is a restaurant and bar and room service. Only small issue was room seemed a tad damp I believe carpets may of just been cleaned opening sliding glass doors took care of most of that. Great place to stay honestly.

The view was spectacular. However, there were bugs all over the bed when I checked in and I can't figure out why. If the prior client left the patio door open and the bugs got in, I can understand that's not the hotel's fault...but how didn't they catch it when they cleaned the room?? OR, maybe they cleaned the room with the patio door open...I don't know. The housekeeper who came to change the beds gave me brand new linens, which was awesome, however, someone had left period blood in the sitting chair, so he had to go and find another cushion for us. There was also mold in our shower ceiling. Otherwise, I was annoyed that the staff of the lounge was circling our table like vultures while we ate breakfast. They were asking us what we wanted so that they could break down all of the other stations. We could literally not put our cup on the table without someone coming to collect it or asking if we were done. Then they stood around while we ate, so I finally asked if they shut down after breakfast, because we were the only family there and the woman admitted that they do. They were quite obviously ready for us to leave, even though they must not have been closed because a woman came in right before we finally gave up and left. The only other thing was that on the second day of our stay, housekeeping came in while we had the DND sign on the door...thank goodness we were fully dressed! The day we checked out, the housekeeping cart was in the middle of the hall when we cameout

Overall the room was very clean. We had a balcony room and it was covered with dead insects. Most likely it wasn’t swept recently and should have been. Also walked on the beach facing the water. There were several cigarette butts in the sand and sidewalk area.
