No fue lo que esperaba. La cucheta de arriba estaba sin hacer y cuando hicieron la limpieza la dejaron toda desarmada. Las toallas todas tuvieron mejor vida al punto de que tuve que pedir que me las cambiaran. Solo dan shampoo, ni gel de ducha ni acondicionador, mucho menos crema para el cuerpo. La cocina solo tenía dos vasos, nosotros éramos 4 y el apartamento para 6. La mayoría de las atracciones en las piscinas no pueden usarse porque no les circula el agua. Variedad de detalles que impiden dar a este resort más estrellas.

The food was the worst food ever, ended up having to go out for breakfast every day and paying even though we paid for all inclusive, thankfuly we had the mexican and italian for a night each which saved us money but the other days we had to pay to eat out, the pools was really dirty

Food was the biggest downside
Hotel was all in all good, cleaners didnt come as often as we would of preferred and the all inclusive was by far the best we have experienced, but the italian restaurant made up for it Would of liked more variety with the food but all in all worth the price

Fab 4 kids under 13, splash pools water slides for toddlers upwards, several pools. Stayed end of April. Breakfast is good, lunch we had from pool bar, burger, salad and chips most days or ate out, dinner I found OK, children can struggle to find more than chips and rice to eat. I drink lager, amstrel is served on all Inc, which is alright, kids have selection of pop, slush, juice and ice cream is served alot at bars round pool. Entertainment is good some nights, thought bands were decent, plus several play areas for children. There's an expensive fair mediocre rides. For the price I can't fault it... Although it was quiet whilst there.

Awful, high rise trashy accommodation. Kitchen had very limited equipment. Whilst overall clean(thanks to staff), very dated. Chipped paint everywhere. Kitchen area tiling had been overpainted but that was still flaking. Bathroom shower was a dribble. Outside areas were unkempt, again despite staff efforts - but overall the clientele were unconcerned about the environment. Pool area on first appearance was clean but on closer inspection - cigarette butts and discarded sweet/ice cream wrappers in amongst hedging. People smoking at poolside. I felt that if I had raised a complaint at the time of my stay - reception/management would not be concerned. I left location 2 nights early and found alternative location because it was so bad.
