Wonderful hospitality!
Henrique was wonderful! We received a warm and helpful welcome. We were greeted with such hospitality and when it was noted that it was my birthday, even extra gifts and special surprises appeared! The property was charming and a great location to explore Lisbon from. This area of the city is the flattest , making it a good choice for anyone with walking challenges. There were many special touches offered which we appreciated very much! Thank you Henrique for making our stay special!

Terrific Time at Residentas
We had a delightful two night stay in a 1 bedroom Residentas Apt. The 1st floor apt (1 above main level), directly accross from Praca do Rossio, was perfect for the 2 of us. The kitchen table was set, and provided great amenities, fruit, coffee, tea, yogurt, cereal, juice, eggs, cold water, etc. for a jump start fter a late night arrival. The kitchen was well stocked w/cookware, etc, even rice, pasta, oil, vegetables, and a clean sponge! Attention to detail & cleanliness was quickly noted! The staff was wonderful with communication & welcoming; making sure our thoughts were answered and offering answers to questions we hadnt voiced outloud! Detailed, personal answers were always prompt. The window coverings were extremely helpful w/light and noise. At most times, it was hard to imagine there was so much activity present right beyond the window. From our apt, the ding of the street crossing signal was present, which was difficult to turn my brain off and sleep. The only frustrating moments were, a few hours in early a.m. hours, when a family w/young children were doing laps on the old wood floors in the apt above our bedroom. So, if youre a light sleeper, ask for an apt on a top floor. The location was amazing and everything was within walking distance. Our journey in Lisbon had to move on, but we would've truly prefered to stay and extend our stay in the Residentas.
Mid November, perfect weather and the Christmas festival, right out the front window.

We loved our stayed, thank you for making our last night in Lisboa unforgettable. We deeply appreciate the fact that Mariana and the staff were so prompt to help and responded right away all our questions (via WhatsApp, in person if you arrive within office hours) just for one night stay. The apt. is located a few steps/ minutes from main attractions,but yet quiet at night for a good relaxing sleep. The apartment was very well illuminated,& beautifully decorated. With a well equipped kitchen and spacious room. We traveled with our kids so they slept on very comfortable sofa beds at the living room, while we took the beautiful bedroom. Very spacious for 4 people but if you want a second bedroom just inquire in advance I am sure they have more options, for us it was a perfect layout. We got to see other tenants and they all seemed very nice tourist. We loved the fact that is an aparta hotel so everyone there is a tourist and you do not feel intruding residents, that is a plus. We parked at the Martim Moniz public parking a short walk from our place, however since the streets in Lisboa are with the tiles is better if you just quickly unload your things first ( narrow alley) and then head to the parking. Be sure to take the escalators by the Martin Moritz park to explore the hill, easier to access the castelo this way, if you have time to stay on a long line this is the first stop of tram #28, I am telling you the location of this hotel is incredible. Enjoy beautiful Lisboa.

Prior to arriving to the property, everything that you need to know about the property and your stay will be sent to you via whatsapp. Unfortunately I was not receiving the messages due to being in other countries and the wifi wasn't the best. We arrived to the apartment after the front desk was closed, and had no clue what to do. Luckily there was a nice lady in the lobby that informed us that someone from the front desk was still around. Upon knocking on the office door Vera one of the front desk associates greeted us and was very very helpful. We realized the miss communications with whatsapp and that I hadn't received the texts. She was very professional and kind. The apartment was one of the cleanest apartment we've ever stayed at. The fridge was stocked with light refreshments. They honored our expedia VIP. The beds where comfortable, great shower pressure, washing machine and dryer, and well decorated. The apartment also had an amazing view looking out at the square. Great location lots of restaurants and site seeing on walkable distance. Also upon checking out MaryAnne from the front desk was also great. Book this apartment you will not regret it.

Very unique experience!! The building is very old but the apartments are newly renovated. Very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and we had room to stretch out. The communication was incredible and they were responsive and helpful. The area was very busy and parking was a challenge but the accommodations made up for it. They also had some basic groceries in the fridge, some little treats when we arrived and a nice thank you gift. It was a nice personal touch. We would definitely stay again.

Did not disappoint
Great location. Communication by the hotel was excellent - very responsive. My only feedback would be that they need to leave instructions for the oven (maybe they did and I just couldn’t find them) in the event someone wants to use it after hours. Very comfortable for a family of 5 or 6 people . Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

The location is perfect. Everything you’ll want to visit is within walking distance or a short commute. I parked for free on the street and overnight. Safe area. Elevator was a must, was new and worked well. We had access to phone numbers and ways to communicate (email, phone number, what’s app) and revived many notifications to keep us on track. The building was quiet and clean. Room had comfortable beds, laundry, fridge, freezer, kitchen, and some food inside to enjoy ( yogurt, crackers, cheese, rice, pasta, coffee etc) I would stay again. The only thing that surprised me was there's a property fee (61 extra euros for the night) and a city tax of 2 euros per person I didn’t expect.
