This is our second stay here. We were located in the second building this stay. The location was a bit less convenient for breakfast and a bit difficult to find the first night, but it was so much quieter and secluded. We loved our stay and location. We will be back.

Great space for the price and location!
Love location right on the river exactly between Dollywood and Gatlinburg! Great place for the price they have three buildings though if you are in the two that are across the river you’ll have to drive to breakfast… But the rooms are fantastic with balconies overlooking the river and lots of space! We were a family of four so we booked the room with two separate bedrooms with the bathroom in between it was great on a budget for four people that need their own space!
