Horrific service…
Too bad that the service here was sub par. Not only did they make grave mistakes (as giving the wrong room number) but also tried to dubble charge the city tax. Glad I kept the receipt… I would book somewhere else. The area is great.

It's a great little hotel on a fantastic street. Shopping, sites, the river, everything are all walkable. Plus the trams and buses are super convenient. Close to museum island, government buildings, the river, Humboldt, and more.

The location is great, it's clean and rooms are decent size. However, the AC didn't work and the staff made no attempt at fixing it, said we should open the windows. The tub is old and worn down and the hair dryer is also old and not very useful showing poor maintenance.

Nice area with good communication around the city. Clean and ok rooms. Appreciated that we got a closed bathroom on request. The open bathrooms are really strange for us Scandinavians, and have not seen it earlier in Berlin, nor elsewhere in Europe or US. All in all a good stay in a ok hotel in a good location in Berlin.

Liked the large windows and the large room. Breakfast was good. However it was hot in Berlin and we had chosen the hotel because it had airconditioning (AC). The AC in the whole hotel was broken so our room was uncomfortable and noisy when the windows were open. We were not told about the AC when we booked in or we wouldnt have stayed. It was not fixed during our stay.

Pentry utan utrustning
Vi sökte endast boende (6n) med kök/pentry inför vår resa och valde slutligen en minisvit med 3 rum inkl. pentry på detta hotell. Vi blev mycket förvånade när det i pentryt varken fanns tillgång till tallrikar, bestick, kokkärl etc. Där stod vi med ett helt ofuktionellt pentry. Det tog några dagar innan vi fick en receptionist att låna oss tallrikar och en kastrull från restaurangköket. Utöver att boendet var aningen slitet så trivdes vi ändå bra med läget, de härliga panoramafönstren och att deta var stort och rymligt.

En kold fornøjelse
Indcheckning med hjælp til parkering var helt perfekt. Værelset - juniorsuiten var meget kold. Der var et lille køkken med køleskab, kogeplade og el kogekande. Der var dog ingen service, intet bestik eller gryder og pander, så køkkenet var fint men ubrugeligt. Der blev ikke fyldt op med instant kaffe når vi havde brugt op. Personalet der var tilstede ved morgenmaden var mildest talt ikke i godt humør. Der var morgenmad til kl. 11.30 lørdag, men da vi kom kl. 10 manglede der scrampled egg og bordene var ikke ryddet eller tørret af. Trods en dejlig suite med udsigt oppe under taget var det alt i alt ikke et helt tilfredsstillende ophold.
