I would like to complain about the fact that my sister got a key to my room at 5:30AM. Although it was my sister I cannot believe that a hotel can give someone else a key because anyone can tell that and could be a false claim. She opened my room and had towels that were given to her at the front desk to take a shower. I am appalled until today. With all the security risks in SP I think it would be appreciated that you review the protocols at your front desk. Thanks, Raquel

The pool and gym areas were really run down. Nothing like the pictures for sure! Not a space to hang out and relax. The breakfast is fine, but there is no espresso machine the guests can self-serve which is absurd. Even cheaper hotels have a nespresso machine for guests, available at least during breakfast. There is a bar where you can order coffee outside of breakfast but most times they can’t run the machine or have no milk! I saw a blood spot in one of my “clean” towels. The towels were frayed. Service was fine. Room service comes around 2-3 pm every day.

O hotel não é novo mas tem boa estrutura. Gosto do café da rede. Os quartos precisam ser renovados, especialmente para retirar o carpete que está velho. Atendimento cordial.

O hotel é antigo e carece de manutenção. Tem um bom atendimento, boa localização (perto do shopping Morumbi e Market Place), cama e lençóis confortáveis. Porém, por causa do carpete, o quarto tem cheiro desagradável, o ar-condicionado não funciona adequadamente e é muito barulhento, e o café da manhã é repetitivo e qualidade baixa.
