This is a good property if you’re staying the night, they have your bed and clean showers. Very nice, but it’s located in a very interesting neighbourhood. If you don’t have a car, you’ll need to walk at least 30 minutes to the property or catch a bus which is roughly 7 minutes away to and from the property.

I recently stayed at Camplus Firenze and had a wonderful experience! The breakfast buffet was great, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The restaurant staff were incredibly attentive, and the food was amazing. The hotel is conveniently located just a 20-minute walk from Firenze rail station, making it easy to explore the city. The only downside was that the room was a bit small, with limited space for both moving around and for luggage. However, the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. Overall, I highly recommend Camplus Firenze and would definitely stay here again.

This is an unusual ‘hotel’, being part of accommodation for university students. The facilities are super modern, spotlessly clean and really quiet and restful, particularly welcome after the crowds in the centre of Florence. Every member of staff we spoke to was friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome and valued. We would definitely book a Camplus room again!

The property is new and huge inside a college dorm. The wifi is great and the rooms are huge and clean. However, it’s a bit outside the main area there are not much options for food and it’s a trek to go into the center.

Comfortable, decent sized (walk in space to hand clothes!) and nice to have some outside space as well. Terrific value for Florence and closer to the centre than I expected - easy walking distance, but far more tranquil. Great staff and a really welcoming atmosphere. Only downside is that the air con seems to be set at 24 degrees (unless I failed to understand how to make it go lower) which is really hot for me and made it difficult to sleep.

Perhaps I didn’t do my research ahead of time, but I had no clue this was a dormitory type of housing for students. That was a bit of a surprise for me, but conditions were otherwise okay. I don’t think I would come back; there was a bit of a smell in the room, and the general attitude there is pretty lax (which is perfect for students).
