The hotel is ideally situated, right across from the main train station and Tivoli Gardens. Breakfast is excellent. The only downside was the room lighting; the dimmer switch was difficult to adjust.

This hotel has seen better days with the decor but on the other hand serves an excellent breakfast if you are gluten free like us . Convenient for the station and easy to get to local attractions. If you're not fussed about pristine paintwork it's good value for money. Beds really comfy!

Great central Copenhagen location
This is my chosen hotel every time I visit Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen. It directly opposite the central train station (Copenhagn H) and one minute from Tivoli Gardens. We didn't eat at the hotel so I can't conment on restaurant facilities but the room is adequate for a few overnight stays.

Old hotel with carpet. Very nicely decorated. Next to the central station and Tivoli. Super convenient for early travel and has many dining and shopping options. Our room has beautiful city view but there was an ongoing construction (between 22:00 and 8:00) so we didn’t sleep very well. Overall it was a good experience.

No sleep in a beautiful property
Such a lovely hotel with a great breakfast, lovely bar (with the best service), nice room but…. I couldn’t sleep at all. The whole building was shaking every 30 seconds as something happened outside (which I still don’t know what it was). Also the lighting in the room didn’t work on two days. So I would’ve rated it 10/10 if I would’ve slept well and had lights but I think these things are quite vital for a hotel, so I would rate it 4-5/10

Disappointed
Booked a room with 3 single beds. When we arrived, they said that they didnt have any rooms with 3 single beds, but gave us a superior room and added a camp bed (which was uncomfortable). The room was superior as it had a balcony with a view of Tivoli gardens. In reality, the balcony was dangerously low, and the view was of the entrance to Tivoli gardens. Disappointed doesn't cover it.

Centralt beliggende hotel
Hotellet ligger fint centralt til formålet denne gang. Ok morgenbuffet. Fik udskiftet madrassen, skulle nok have været sket for 5 år siden. Fuldstændig knækket i fjedrene. Fik tilbudt et andet værelse, men bad om en ny madras. Hyggeligt gl. hotel, men nok ikke til 4 stjerner.

Ikke pengene værd, find andet sted
Check-in gik hurtigt, service var rigtig god og personalet var super, men hotelværelset... Vi havde værelse 506 og der var super flot udsigt ud over tivoli, men det var så også det... Vinduerne var utætte/gamle/slidte så vi fik kold luft udefra ind i værelset, ingen radiator på værelset kun aircon og aircon var så højlydt at vi ikke kunne sove for det (der var endda givet engangs ørepropper på bordene ved siden af sengen?!?) Som desværre ikke hjalp med lyden. Vi var derfor nødt til at slukke for aircon, men det betød så også at vores værelse blev super koldt og vi begge vågnede i løbet af natten for at finde ekstra tøj at tage på.. min kærste blev nødt til at sove med sin jakke på!! Derudover ved jeg godt at man sover i en storby så selvfølgelig vil der være noget larm i gaderne om aftenen, men pga. Vinduerne var det som om vi lå udenfor, helt utroligt meget larm og enkeltlags vinduer holder intet ude.. det var som om vi lå ude på gaden!!
