Didnt meet expectations
It seems like the hotel next door bought this property and they are slowly on making improvements. The place smelled musty and we kept finding little bugs in pur room. The pool area is not at this hotel, its at the much nicer property next door. We still had fun but the pictures made this olace seem nicer than it was.

Staff were all very friendly. Pool area was very nice. Gym was pretty good too. The room itself was my only complaint- bed wasn’t great, AC didn’t go below 72, bathroom had no fan and window was sealed shut. Didn’t try the restaurant but the space looked very nice.

HORRIBLE!!! Do not look at the picture they are not accurate at all! Must check in at sister hotel next door. When you walk in it looks like a horror movie. They have locks on the thermostat to make sure it doesnt go below 73 degrees. We booked 2 rooms and they both were bad. Room 1: drained was full of hair and slime. Requested housekeeping to come clean again they did 2-3hrs later after the 2nd cleaning there was still hair on the walls and drain in the bathroom. The matress was bowed and broken. Room 2: There was blood stains on the lamp shade, the toilet seat was barely hanging on and the windows were cracked so you could hear the wind blowing in. After asking to be refunded they said we had to switch rooms and then we were told that they had no rooms available. After checking in at 11am we finally got the approval of a refund at 7pm.

I was given a room on the first floor with a broken window lock. The staff member then tried to argue with me to keep the room. They also charge you extra money up front to cover items. I was charged for items I never used. I have tried for 3 days to email them for a proper bill, but can not get a response. Have to fight it with the credit card company now. Don’t stay here.

Hallways and rooms were not very clean. Hallway smelled like pee when you walk through it. AC kept leaking onto the floor of our room, making it soaking wet and unable to walk through. Maintenance was nice and did the best they could. But you can see when they opened the vent that it was not taken care of properly.

Our room was terrible, poor lighting, the bed was so close to the door leaking the door in the bath room, I put a bottle of water in the refrigerator and knocking a bottle beer and broke, I called the front desk for housekeeping it a awhile for them to come, and he did not get all the broken glass up, I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.
