The room we stayed in was quite dated, though we did receive an upgrade. Unfortunately, the noise from the nearby road was unbearable, and our sleep was disrupted for two nights. Communication through Hotels.com was also disappointing, with delayed responses that didn’t address our concerns by the time we received them. We requested a room change at reception but were told it wasn’t possible. Sadly, we won’t be returning, which is unfortunate as we really liked the location. This is the first time I’ve felt compelled to leave negative feedback—sorry to say.

My sister and I had a lovely 12 nights at Legian Beach Hotel. The Bungalows were lovely to stay in although I found the mattress a little hard. The Adult pool is great with swim up bar. Lots of choices for breakfast.location is excellent with the beach being across the road and the choices of restaurants were just across the road.

We stayed here for the first time this year and can guarantee it won’t be the last time. From the minute we arrived until we left 2 weeks later we received fabulous service.the staff were superb ,always smiling, always helpful and friendly. Our villa was perfect,clean, private and spacious. Location to beach ,eateries and shopping ideal. Loved being involved in beach cleanup activity. Dinners at the restaurants were delicious.

We originally booked the Legian family room, when we arrived it’s at the back of the complex, and has no window in the room to see out. We paid a lot of money for that room, there was no hot water and tv didn’t work. We were so disappointed and really frustrated with the staff as we wanted to move rooms and they couldn’t understand. We eventually moved to a villa which was amazing however we had to pay extra. Hotel was in a great location, food around pool experience aswell as drinks!

Stayed for 8 nights in a garden view Bungalow in mid July 2024. Fabulous hotel if you can get a good deal when booking. The staff are so beautiful in every way. They can’t do enough for you. The breakfast is absolutely stand out, so much choice, and superbly cooked and presented, with every imaginable request catered for in a buffet style. The hotel is across the road from the beautiful beach where the sunsets are incredible and the beach bars plentiful. It is however an older hotel, typically bali, the rooms need a thorough clean and that includes shower bases and around the tiles. Our bed was very soft too. These things did not matter though, as it’s bali and we felt we got a holiday for a good price. Would I stay again, yes and would enjoy every minute.
