We thought this would be a nice stay since we were in Vegas for WrestleMania and did not want to stay on the Strip. We were looking forward to spending time by the pool, having access to a hot tub, and relaxing a bit. Unfortunately, we would have had a better experience on the Strip for probably half the price.
The hot tub and pool were dirty. The hot tub was cold and mostly used as a kiddie pool while we were there. The weather was on the cooler end the first few days and the hotel advertised the pool being heated - it was not. It was just a regular pool. The firepit was also broken and not working, so we couldn't even enjoy that.
Overall, the room was comfortable, however, the bathroom was janky. The shower struggled to work, pooled water in the bottom, and is need of repair. The faucet to the sink is so lose you have to hold it down with one hand and use the other to turn it on so you don't accidently rip it off the sink. The toilet also needs repaired and would run after every flush so you would have to jiggle the handle to fix it. It was nice to have a patio, but the chairs and table were so dirty we had to clean them ourselves before we could sit outside and enjoy the space.
Breakfast was okay, overpriced, but of course, that is what you expect in a hotel. A bagel with cream cheese and two black coffees was twenty bucks. Oof. Also parking is not free unless you are a member.
Staff was friendly though and when we needed things they were attentive.
