A smart, comfortable hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. The room was small but comfortable and had everything one could want. Eccentric arrangements (call reception) for controlling A/C were a bit of a drawback, and a little ungenerous with teabags and bottle of water. Breakfast was good.

Good place to sleep
My room was small but since it was just me, that was not a problem. Since it’s November, I had them turn off the heat and I opened the window so I’d have fresh air to sleep. I always sleep with ear plugs and an eye mask and I slept very well bc it actually got cold in the room.

hotel is reasonable
The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. close to the train station is the reason that I selected this hotel. We found out the sink is nearly clogged and drains very slow. It is quite obvious and the cleaning people should have noticed it. My biggest issue is that the air-conditioner is making burst noise every few minutes.

very convenient if you are taking the train, hotel was quiet and clean. The only thing it was a buzz all night, a noise that we couldn't sleep. Every 2 minutes or so, this noise. I didn't ask what was it, we had to take the train very early and we need to go. This was the only problem, the rest very good.

Personnel sympa mais la chambre tout à revoir…. Ok c’est à côté de la gare, mais une bonne insonorisation serait plus confortable. Ensuite j’avais 26° dans la chambre et c’est un chauffage central pour toute les chambres. J’ai bien demandé qu’on baisse…. Mais j’ai du dormir la fenêtre ouverte un 17 décembre.

Hôtel pas à la hauteur d’un trois étoiles
L’accueil est à revoir! En partant même pas de comment s’est passé notre nuit ?rien la personne a prit les clés et à continuer à taper à l’ordinateur! On demande à l’accueil de baisser le chauffage de la chambre mais au lieu de ça il nous dit qu’il faut éteindre complètement c’est mieux! La climatisation fait un peu de bruit et il faudrait penser sérieusement à la nettoyer en profondeur…aucun rangement dans la salle de bain pour poser nos affaires de toilettes. Du coup, le prix pour cette chambre est assez élevé pour l’ensemble de l’hôtel.
