I arrived at 10:30 a.m. on Monday 10th. Couldn't check in until 3:00. So I paid for my room and I went to magic mountain. I got back at 6:30 I believe, got my key and I had to walk steps up three floors. Elevator was out of order. As soon as I entered the third floor the whole floor smelled of cigarettes. I was like oh my God. Then I turned around and went the other way cuz my room was the opposite direction. Cut around the corner. My room was still near that Hall. I opened the door and my room smelt so bad. It smelt like someone had lived there for 2 weeks and did not take a bath or a shower. Windows don't open up very much so I could not air it out as much. When you sat or layed on the bed,it flopped up and down back and forth. It was very unlevel. The mattress was comfortable I can say that much. I understand about stealing, and people that are living there but it did have a kitchen but no supplies whatsoever. You have to call down and have them bring what you want up. No shampoo or conditioner, make sure you grab those at check in before you go to your room. Unreal! I even tipped my GrubHub driver extra because he had to walk 3 floors.
And for 120.00!!! I checked two other apps before getting this one. This hotel wasn't even on the other two apps. I wonder why? BECAUSE THEY wouldn't have it on their site! I'm 62, have stayed at many on my time, even Motel 6 was better. {And always check your air conditioner filter because they are never cleaned. Easy rinse}
