Hotel management sucks
I booked this hotel for same day check in for a 3 night stay and within 10 minutes of booking I realized it was not all inclusive. I contacted hotels.com to try and cancel my stay and the hotel repeatedly hung up on them and then did the same for me when I tried to call. We were provided with an email and I was told I would hear a response in 72 hours. They ultimately ended up declining my refund despite trying to initiate it so shortly after booking and then proceeded not withhold there no show policy. For this reason they have lost the opportunity to gain a customer and I will choose to never stay at one of their porperties.

Nice clean quiet resort. Activities staff was great! Dining options were not great. If you’re not all inclusive there’s not much to choose from besides pool or room service. No breakfast menu restaurant- only buffet. The theme night shows are tied into paying for a buffet. Not informed about that and had already ate dinner so no shows for us. The elevator near our room was broken. Mom had a long walk to go anywhere.

Our annual family vacation planned in nuevo vallarta was awesome. Villa del palmar was a good place to stay if you’re looking for an all inclusive, but don’t get fooled, I originally paid the price and it was adveas all inclusive, but I got a surprised that hotels.com fooled me as it only had breakfast included. Property is nice, except for the construction going on. Great food and great service!

Nice building and room The staff were great with the exception of the check in. It took 1 hour & 45 minutes to move four spots forward to make it to the check in desk. Then we were assigned a room already given to someone else. So we took a room for one night and changed to what was acceptable for a room for 13 nites the next day. Not enough staff ever at the front desk - should be prepared to staff up!

Our stay started with a tour for membership. The representative they gave us the tour whose name is Ulysses was incredibly mean, disrespectful, and insulting, not only to me, but especially my wife. Called us fools and idiots. After this, we had to spend the next four days at a resort that made us feel like they hated us. Completely terrible experience and although I’ve stayed there three times before I will never be coming back. This hotel experience was very poor from all aspects. Some of the staff was nice to us, but overall they seem to be an angry group. On top of that the food was incredibly disappointing and did not match any of the food that we had off of premises.
