This property cancelled our reservation on the morning of our trip and did not contact expedia to notify us in a timely manner. This property informed us twice to contact the third party expedia for the reason why our reservation was cancelled and expedia was unaware this had happened. In truth, through no fault of expedia or the property frozen pipe had damaged the rooms we were to be placed in. The bad thing was employees did not let expedia know nor us in a timely manner. Expedia was excellent in assisting us.
