2nd stay at the hotel but won’t come back
Arrived at the hotel for our 2nd stay and was put in a room which was extremely dated with a small bslcony over looking a busy main road which of course was smelly and noisey went and asked if we could move and was offered another room at additional cost but seemed like a big problem to the staff ! We paid , took the room but felt like we’d put the staff out .
Hotel room nice and over looked the pool but the pool small and loses the sun around 2pm due to the high rise building . Also very few sun beds and not comfortable at all .
Staff around the pool/restaurant very friendly and helpful but most of the reception staff ignorant and never even acknowledged us as we left and came back to the hotel , busy on their phones ( most not all of them ) Where I’ve stayed before in Thailand staff have been extremely friendly and welcoming .
Would say if you’re looking for a reasonably priced hotel in a busy location but handy for a brilliant street market and 10 mins walk to the beech then this is average .
