Great hotel but could be better
The hotel was very good, but couple of minor draw backs that prevent it from being excellent. We had a delux room with a jacuzzi bath which was awesome howver the railway line was just outside our room which was very loud late at night and early morning. One night there was also a train that came through at 2am which woke us up.
The towels in the room appeared to be dirty and didnt seem fresh at all so we used our own. Carpark is a bit of nightmare as all cars are blocked in but that appears to be a normal thing in Italy, just prepare to wait 10 minutes when you want your car out.
The staff were all great and very helpful when needed!
