Had some issues with hot water and flush but they were taken care of by the service.

We were a group of 9 people (family trip to Ooty for sightseeing ) stayed for 3 nights at this property.The experience is awe full. The rooms are full of dust, cleanliness could be considered as zero. Hot water is another major issue for all three days. Only luke warn waters comes that too for limited time. We need to walk 200 meters inside to reach the actual property from reception area. Food availability and quality is another major drawback. Guest service could be considered as very low. No room cleaning/ maintenance happened during our complete stay. The charges for the property is too high and value we get is nothing. I recommend to stay away from this property and don’t waste your hard earned money. No ceiling fans in any of the rooms. Blankets and bed sheets were dirty too. In short awe full experience for me and my family members. Pls stay away.
