Very disappointed. We had a superior room with sea view on the 5th floor. The 2-3d day of our staying, a lot of water was coming out of the toilet seat. The technician arrived and fixed it properly, removing the whole toilet seat, adjusting the hoses underneath etc, using silicone gel.We asked and he told us, better not to use he toilet seat for several hours. In that time, we had to use the public toilets of the hotel. For us, it is completely unacceptable, to do the check in of a room without checking properly AHEAD the general condition of the room. Further more, during our 7days stay, the linen was changed only once and only after we put the sheets on the floor.
2 days before our departure, we kindly asked to pay and prolongue our stay for a couple of hours until 15.00 , due to a late night flight back home. We also brought up our disappointement of the condition of the toilet seat and the fact that almost for a whole day, we had to use the public toilet of the hotel. The lady in the reception
( Lito ) said that she will get back to us, but never did or somebody else from the reception desk. A bad experience!
