I'll keep this short: check-in was delayed an hour. When we received our room, another guest was already there, who had to be removed. Went to the teppanyaki for dinner and they didn't recognize our reservation. Complained to reception, who showed we were already in the system. After dinner, returned to the room to find the curtain rod was broken (see picture). After waiting on hold with reception for an hour, we were placed in another room, missing bathrobes. For room service, I had to find a housekeeper and ask three times throughout the day for someone to clean. I ended up paying her $250MX to come by because we had been waiting 4+ hours. When she finally came by, she removed the wine voucher we had received for the late check-in. So exhausted from dealing with reception regarding our complaints; left leaving more tired than when we arrived. By second night, seriously considered canceling the reservation and finding something elsewhere.

Toilet is not clean with visible lines inside the bowl that didn’t get cleaned even after 1 week. Caulking is moulded and loose. Glass for brushing tooth needs to be requested. Mini bar most empty and not the same stocks as the other room we also booked.

Filled with children/families with babies. Be prepared to walk uphill a ton. The hotel layout is on a hill. The kids ruined the trip for me. They also don’t have enough lounge chairs by the pool so you literally won’t have anywhere to sit if you don’t best the families there

Beautiful secluded hotel in the middle of the jungle, but be prepared to walk a little as this hotel is huge with lots of hills. Luckily, you can be transported by golf carts ''taxis'' if you do not wish to walk. ROOMS: If you wish to stay in the villas, remember to bring your ear plugs because communicating doors are so thin you will hear your neighbors all the time. But the views from your balcony are breathtaking! If you wish to upgrade to a Suite in the Block 5, location is better, insonorisation is great and the rooms are the best since they were all renovated. We had room 5310 and it was perfect! Best luxury ever!!! RESTAURANTS there is only a Buffet, a Snack Bar and a Japanese Restaurant, but you should find everything you love there. Cravings in the middle of the night? They have a Pantry Store opened 24 hours. BEACH: You can reserve (free of charge) a shuttle to the Hotel's All Inclusive Beach Club. We really enjoyed it. There is also a massage therapist on site. Overall, a great vacation if you want some peace and quiet.

This hotel was recommended by a coworker so I wanted to go somewhere for my big birthday and chose here. When I got the hotel, there was a big hole in the sheets on the bed, and the bathroom looked like it wasn't washed. So I spoke with the manager who sent someone to change the bed linen, and the bathroom was cleaned the next day. There is a bus that takes you to and from the beach which was nice and there are pools that you can enjoy. The food choices and the staff were good. I wish there were activities to do. Overall, the hotel was okay. I would never go back though.

This has to be the worst experience.There’s only 1 restaurant for breakfast and dinner they never had plates my husband had to wait 10min to get a plate.The rooms were dirty and nothing worked.To get to places it was so hard because everything was far away they have no room service I knew that but they had a pantry always empty.The staff couldn’t careless we called for check out to get help with luggage trust me you need the help it’s so hard because everything is so far and steep waited 40 min no help we had to do everything with our two daughters transportation would pass never helped us hate it don’t waste you money
